Advanced Biosystems has been in the market of providing original manufacturing services to many well-known IHC retail companies for years. We are specialized in bio-conjugates and purification technologies. The products we are manufacturing include one-step polymer immunohistoprobes and two-step polymer imunohistoprobes plus. We provide reagent in ready to use format. We provide HRP polymer and Alkaline Phosphatase polymer. 一步聚合物免疫組織探針

介紹：

One Step Polymer Immunohistoprobe是一種非生物素，基于聚合物的檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)，可用于石蠟包埋組織，低溫恒溫切片，血涂片，細(xì)胞涂片和細(xì)胞制備中的抗原證明。它使用專有的生物共軛技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)，通過(guò)聚合物骨架直接用更多酶標(biāo)記免疫球蛋白。 

一步聚合物免疫組合物的靈敏度增加允許快速染色程序而不損害染色質(zhì)量。

兩步聚合物Immunohistoprobe Plus

介紹：

兩步聚合物Immunohistoprobe Plus是一種極其敏感的免疫組化檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)。它基于使用兩步聚合物檢測(cè)方法的信號(hào)放大。通過(guò)用于一抗的放大器檢測(cè)對(duì)組織切片上的抗原特異的一抗，然后檢測(cè)聚合物檢測(cè)器。然后用合適的底物/色原體強(qiáng)烈可視化抗原位點(diǎn)。Immunohistoprobe Plus不使用抗生物素蛋白或生物素，它*消除了內(nèi)源性抗生物素蛋白 - 生物素活性的非特異性染色。它是目前靈敏的IHC應(yīng)用檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)。
